Vasily Bakumenko has over nine years of experience in international arbitration, as well as Russian and cross-border litigation, including insolvency (bankruptcy) disputes. He has represented clients in ICC, SIAC, SCC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, SAC, and ICAC arbitrations, including disputes complicated by sanctions-related issues. Vladislav Viryasov focuses on representing clients in cross-border court and arbitration proceedings. Alen Martirosyan focuses on representing clients in cross-border court and arbitration proceedings.
