On November 19, 2025, the State Kremlin Palace, with the support of Asari Legal, premiered the ballet Maya: Suite of Love, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the legendary Soviet ballerina Maya Plisetskaya

For this gala ballet performance, theatrical director Igor Teplov and choreographer Viktoria Litvinova brought together artists of both the Bolshoi Theatre and the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Theatre. Asari Legal partners supported the project and helped organise the production.

Eleven outstanding ballerinas recreated some of the most memorable, iconic roles from the renowned dancer’s repertoire—images that became Plisetskaya’s artistic signature. The performance featured world-class stars, including two of the Bolshoi’s prima ballerinas, Ekaterina Krysanova and Kristina Kretova, and leading artists of the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Theatre: prima ballerina Oksana Kardash, prima ballerina Elena Solomyanko, prima ballerina Anastasia Limenko, and lead soloist Artur Mkrtchyan. The role of Rodion Shchedrin was performed by the Bolshoi’s principal dancer Vladislav Lantratov, while renowned Russian stage and screen actress Alexandra Ursulyak brought to life the voice of Maya Plisetskaya.

The premiere was not only a major artistic event but also a heartfelt tribute to the great ballerina, who was hailed as “the world’s greatest ballet dancer” after the Bolshoi Theatre’s historic tour to Paris.
