Asari Legal Partners with the Russian Arbitration Association for the 10th Annual Moot Court
The final oral hearings of the 10th Annual Student Moot Court hosted by the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) took place on 30 and 31 August, with Asari Legal among their partners.
On 29 August, Stepan Rusanov , a junior associate of our Dispute Resolution Practice, gave a presentation titledMap of AI Arbitration Decisionsas part of the RAA conference. Stepan spoke in detail about the impact of artificial intelligence on arbitration, as well as various digital AI solutions.
Associate Nikolay Sokolovskyand partner Alexander Lazarev , who acted as arbitrators in the oral hearings of the qualifying and final phases, respectively, were both full of praise for the students’ performance.
