Dmitry Kaysin joins the panel of arbitrators at the Dubai and Tashkent international arbitration centres

Партнер, соруководитель практики разрешения споров Asari Legal Dmitry Kaysin partner and co-head of Asari Legal’s Dispute Resolution Practice, has been selected to become a member of the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

In the relatively short time since its establishment in 2018, the TIAC has begun to attract significant attention from participants in international arbitration. The centre is developing as Uzbekistan’s economy grows and foreign investment increases, especially in high-tech industries. Players from various jurisdictions, including the Netherlands, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Turkey and others, are now increasingly choosing TIAC as a forum for dispute resolution.

The DIAC was established in 1994 and has grown to become the region’s largest alternative dispute resolution centre. Since its inception, the centre has built up extensive expertise, administering nearly 5,000 cases of different value and complexity across various economic sectors.

Dmitry specialises in international arbitration, along with international and domestic litigation. He has more than twenty years of experience in proceedings under the rules of key regional and specialised arbitration institutions in Europe, Asia and America, and under the UNCITRAL rules, as well as in representing clients and arbitrating disputes in Russian and foreign arbitration venues. Dmitry is recommended by Russian and international legal ratings (Jus Mundi, The Best Lawyers, The Legal 500, etc.).
