• a Hong Kong company in an LCIA arbitration against a European company arising out of a loan agreement entered into in connection with a mining project

• minority investors in connection with group (class) actions in Irish and US courts in connection with the infringement of their rights and interests, fraud, misrepresentation, collusion, and unjust enrichment by investment fund managers

Coordinating actions of:

• a local counsel in proceedings in the High Court of England and Wales on a USD 13.8 billion claim for misappropriation of assets through a large-scale collusive scheme
• a local counsel in litigation in the UAE on an over USD 1.5 billion claim relating to a joint petroleum products trading business and arising from non-payment by one of the parties under supply contracts
