Dmitry is an associate in Asari Legal’s Finance practice. He focuses on financial transactions and capital markets deals.
He has experience advising on transactions involving the issuance of various types of structured notes, including autocallable notes, actively managed certificates, securitisation of financial assets, credit-linked notes, and other structured debt instruments.
Dmitry has also advised on bond issues, including bond restructurings and transaction structuring. In addition, he has advised issuers on IPOs, SPOs, and direct listings, as well as on additional share issues, mandatory tender offers, stock exchange listings, and other aspects of securities regulation.

- Financial institutions in capital relief projects involving assets of various classes
- Russian and foreign investors on the acquisition (for subsequent restructuring and repayment) of Russian borrowers’ foreign debts that have become difficult or impossible to service due to post-2022 restrictions
- Russian and foreign finance parties on funding trade finance transactions implemented through complex bilateral and multilateral commercial contracts, including via the issuance of structured notes or raising third-party debt
