- Russian and foreign lenders and borrowers on trade finance facilities structured as loans under Russian and foreign law (including English, Singapore, and Hong Kong law), including new multi-currency financings (RUB, CNY, AED) and the restructuring of pre-2022 debt
- Russian and foreign lenders and borrowers on complex bilateral and multilateral trade finance arrangements, including advance and deferred payment mechanisms, repurchase obligations (commodity repo), commodity loans, barter structures, joint and several and secondary liability models, and set-off mechanisms
- Russian and foreign clients on arrangements for profit and risk sharing in joint trade projects (profit sharing agreements)
- mandated lead arrangers and syndicate lenders on project finance transactions, including deals under the Russian Project Finance Factory, as well as on restructuring and servicing of pre-2022 project finance debt
- mandated lead arrangers and syndicate lenders in syndicated loan transactions under foreign law (including English, Singapore, and Hong Kong law), on both issuing new loans after 2022 and the restructuring and servicing of the pre-2022 debt of Russian and foreign borrowers
- Russian and foreign lenders and borrowers on restructuring long-term indebtedness that has become difficult or impossible to service due to external market disruption, including via refinancing, creditor/borrower side restructuring, and stockholding restructuring
- Russian and foreign investors on the acquisition (for subsequent restructuring and repayment) of Russian borrowers’ foreign debts that have become difficult or impossible to service due to post-2022 restrictions
- Russian and foreign investors and shipowners on financing projects for the acquisition of seagoing vessels
