Igor Ostapets is a partner and head of Asari Legal’s Corporate practice. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including large-scale transactions in the oil & gas and energy sectors.
Igor’s experience also includes advising on internal corporate and regulatory investigations (ABC & AML) and representing clients in cross-border disputes.
