Her experience includes leading transformation projects, creating a positive working environment, working closely with all of the firm’s practices, as well as building and training management teams across office functions to ensure maximum operating efficiency and alignment with business needs.
Olga also has extensive experience in opening, merging, and closing law offices, both in Russia and internationally.
